The Peshastin Community Council voted to revise its By-Laws at a public meeting held in June of 2016.

The Peshastin Community Council represents
the people of the area outlined in blue. The Peshastin Urban Growth Area (UGA) is the area in the center of the map outlined in red. The UGA was established in October of 2008 and the representation area recognized by Chelan County in May of 2010.
